Ezra has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for three years, having previously served as a counselor and instructional assistant. He currently serves as a behavior interventionist and Registered Behavior Technician at the Sarah Dooley Center for Autism. In this role, he assists with the creation and fidelity of implementation of positive behavioral supports for our clients. He enjoys working in this field because he loves helping to give all of our clients the opportunities to advocate for their wants and needs in healthy ways, while also being able to provide them with functional skills so they can live the least restrictive lives possible.
